Jase Pinerola received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1990. He is a board certified sports and electrophysiologic physical therapist. He is a state and nationally certified athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. |

Kelly Holman

Kelly Holman received his master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1999. He provides physical therapy services in both our Elkton and Russellville locations and serves as a clinical director Elkton. He has a special interest in pathologies of the shoulder and knee as well as sports physical therapy. He is board certified by the APTA as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS). He was a pitcher on the 1991 state champion Franklin Simpson Wildcats baseball team and a collegiate pitcher at Belmont University. |

Michael Kennedy received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1998. He provides physical therapy services at our Russellville location and serves as the clinical director. He has previously served as clinical director at Vanderbilt Sports Medicine in Nashville, TN. He has a special interest in rehabilitation of the shoulder and knee and sports related pathologies. |

Stacey Perkins received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Toledo in 2006. She is a native of Northeast Ohio and looks forward to her future here in Kentucky. She serves as an athletic trainer to Allen County High School in Scottsville, Kentucky. She provides athletic training services and office duties in our Scottsville location. She has a special interest in pathologies of the knee and shoulder. |

She also has expertise in the provision of pediatric physical therapy and services a local school system. |
