Jase Pinerola received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1990. He is a board certified sports and electrophysiologic physical therapist. He is a state and nationally certified athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Elizabeth Hancock
PT, DPT

Elizabeth Hancock received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Louisville in 1998. She provides physical therapy services at our Hopkinsville location. She has specialized training in physical therapy for women's health.

Todd Hancock
PT, DPT, OCS

Todd Hancock received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Louisville in 1997. He serves as the clinical director at our Hopkinsville location. He has a special interest in pathologies of the shoulder, knee and spine. He is board cerified by the APTA as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS).

Kelly Holman
PT, MS, OCS

Kelly Holman received his master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1999. He provides physical therapy services in both our Elkton and Russellville locations and serves as a clinical director Elkton. He has a special interest in pathologies of the shoulder and knee as well as sports physical therapy. He is board certified by the APTA as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS). He was a pitcher on the 1991 state champion Franklin Simpson Wildcats baseball team and a collegiate pitcher at Belmont University.

Mike Kennedy
PT, MS

Michael Kennedy received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1998.  He provides physical therapy services at our Russellville location and serves as the clinical director.  He has previously served as clinical director at Vanderbilt Sports Medicine in Nashville, TN.  He has a special interest in rehabilitation of the shoulder and knee and sports related pathologies.

Stacy Parrish
ATC

Stacey Perkins received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Toledo in 2006. She is a native of Northeast Ohio and looks forward to her future here in Kentucky. She serves as an athletic trainer to Allen County High School in Scottsville, Kentucky. She provides athletic training services and office duties in our Scottsville location. She has a special interest in pathologies of the knee and shoulder.

Amanda Perry
PT, DPT

Amanda Perry received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and her master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Evansville in 2000. She provides physical therapy services at our Hopkinsville location. She has a special interest in pathologies of the shoulder, knee and spine. She also has expertise in the provision of pediatric physical therapy and services a local school system.

LaDonna Powell
PTA

LaDonna Powell received her associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from Madisonville Community College in 2004. She assists in the provision of physical therapy services at our Hopkinsville location. She has a special interest in treating geriatric patients recovering from total joint and spinal surgery.

Krista Webster
PT, MS

Krista Webster received her master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2005. She provides physical therapy services at our Morgantown location. She has a special interest in pathologies of the hand and spine.

Jeremy Woodward
PT, MS

Jeremy Woodward received a masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2008. He serves as the Clinical Director at our Scottsville location. He has a special interest in pathologies of the shoulder, knee, spine and sports medicine. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky.

Kyle McPherson received his Associates of Applied Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Madisonville Community College in May 2008. He assists with providing physical therapy services at our Russellville location. He has an interest in treating patients with pathologies of the knee, shoulder, and spine.
