Orthopedics Plus Physical Therapy is a provider for over 50 insurance plans including Medicare, TriCare, Anthem, Humana and Workers' Compensation. Please contact our offices and we will be glad to let you know if we are a provider for your plan. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance. Co-pays and deductibles are expected on the day of treatment but payment plans can be established.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks as payment. Please bring your insurance card and physician's prescription for physical therapy to your first scheduled appointment.
