Jase Pinerola, PT, DPT, SCS, ECS, LAT

Jase received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in May 2009 and his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1990. He is a board certified clinical specialist in both sports and electrophysiologic physical therapy. He is also a licensed athletic trainer and an adjunct professor for Western Kentucky University School of Physical Therapy.

J. Brad McAlister, PT, OCS

Brad received his bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from Western Kentucky University in 1997 and his bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville in 1999. He is a board certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy. He has a special interest in total joint replacements and athletic performance enhancements and is also a Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute instructor.

Kelly Lapeus, PT, DPT

Kelly received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay in 2015 where she lettered on the volleyball team while completing her bachelors of science from 2009-2012. Kelly serves the  Brownsville and Bowling Green South locations.

Courtney

 

Courtney Herrington, PTA

Courtney received an associates degree from Western Kentucky University in Interdisciplinary Studies and also received an associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Madisonville Community College in 2014. She assists in the provision of physical therapy services at Bowling North and South locations. She has a special interest in sports-related injuries and manual therapy.

Kevin Winn, BS, CIEE, CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Louisiana Tech University in 2009 where he lettered 4 years on the baseball team. He is a certified industrial ergonomic evaluator (CIEE), certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT). Kevin coordinates sports outreach programs such as conditioning and athletic training services at local high schools.  In addition, Kevin serves  as lead ergonomist to regional industry providing ergonomic risk assessments, physical demands assessments and post-offer testing.

Zac Lechler, BS, MS, ATC

Zac completed his master’s degree in Kinesiology from Western Kentucky University in 2016 and his bachelors degree in Athletic training from Defiance College in 2014.  Zac lettered 4 years on the soccer team while at Defiance and is currently active in coaching soccer at the high school and youth level in Bowling Green.  In addition, Zac is  a level 1 CrossFit coach, specializing in coaching youth athletes.
